Two intrepid young men who were intent on driving from England to Mongolia in a Smart car to raise money for the Precious Lives Appeal to build a Children's Hospice in Cornwall. Having secured support from Mercedes Benz in Truro,Truro Sixth Form College,Pirate FM and The West Briton they set off in July 2011 and valiantly reached Georgia in Turkey before the car finally gave up. They arrived back 3 weeks after setting off having raised a respectable amount of money and learnt a little about car maintenance and a lot about potholes and mountain roads. They are determined to try again ......after they have finished university. We are sure they will make it ! http://www.mongolrally2011.co.uk/
