Remit - Initially a short contract to overhaul the website and freshen up marketing material. The contract has developed to now include full involvement in the company, working closely with the MD to manage the expansion of the business as it diversifies into new products and services as well as establishing new divisions around the world. Also managing marketing and promotions, product development and launch, exhibition management and organisation. 
Remit- A replica formula 1 car with onboard simulator for exhibitions and event management. To create website and marketing material for launching the car to the UK market. Create and build a database of contacts and secure bookings. Manage the car at events throughout the UK and Europe. 
Remit- To assist with improvements to administrative and management procedures, creation of new site in East of England, recruitment of staff for head office in South West England, and working closely with the Managing Director to develop the company within emerging marine markets. Additional request to organise and attend exhibitions, produce marketing material, and provide assistance as required within the company.
Remit- Briefed to organise photo shoot for production of catalogue for new range of storage solutions.To arrange photographer, source props,oversee and assist at studio shoot and location shoots. Completed within 5 days of award of contract.
Remit - To overhaul website and produce high quality marketing material to approach the commercial retailers within the South West of England. Build database of potential clients and send mail shot to introduce the company. Press releases and articles within the local press and maintenance of the website. 
Remit -To identify commercial markets for growth and diversification. Create web site and marketing material with professional image. Email marketing to contacts in South West England to raise the profile of the company.
Remit -To assist with initial concept and development of fledgling company. Feasibility, strategy and potential market.  |
